Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Create a draft of the Treaty at the request of SPKS Section concerned.
- Check back the agreement when agreement SPKS created by external parties
- Take care of the licensing company and changes of Company Act
- Create outgoing mail as well, recording and archiving of incoming and outgoing mail at the Legal.
- Collect supporting evidence in the resolution of legal issues faced by the company.
- Doing this against the company or employees who face the cases in court.
- Do the filing documentation SPKS, cases as well as supporting data.
Requirements:
- Maximum age of 28 years
- Graduates majoring in Law
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Legal Staff
- Master the legal agreements, Insolvency law, limited liability company law, Press law, employment law and Criminal Procedure Law/civil litigation
- Preferably have experience in litigation
- Able to speak English well
- Able to communicate well
- Ready to work under pressure
- Able to work in a team
