Corporate Legal Counsel
Responsibilities:
- Contract management
- Preparing legal documentation related corporate matters such as PoAs, GMS, corporate consents, periodic report to government institutions, legal memo, etc
- Legal due diligence
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Law
- Having experience minimum of 2 years (especially in handling contracts, Llabor and corporate matters)
- Having good communication in English (both verbal and written)
- Having ability to work in a fast-paced organization and within tight deadlines
- Initiative, self-driven, business understanding and awareness
- Having good interpersonal skill and able to work either in a team or individually
