Litigation Officer
Responsibilities:
- Maximum age 30 years
- Minimum Bachelor degree education of Law majors
- Have at least 1 year of work experience, it would be prioritized if the have experience working in corporate finance
- Already followed the profession of an advocate for special education
- Understanding of criminal law, the civil code, the law of guarantee (Fiduciary and Dependents)
- Domicile in Makassar, Palembang, Surabaya or
Requirements:
- Do the handling of legal cases against that happening in the branch/Area
- Build good relationships, both with Internal and external
- Create reports case law that occurred in the region
- Coordinating with related case handling supervisor
