Legal Staff
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Law or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): legal contract, legal corporate, document control, Commercial Contracts Drafting.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.

Responsibilities:
- Have knowledge on legal contract on EPC
- Share knowledge & coordinating with internal user about legal matter
- Good understanding of Commercial Contracts Drafting to execute the defined tender/bidding of project
- Manage legal paper and documentation filing
- Good knowledge in construction law, corporate, contract drafting
- Experienced in handling general Corporate and Commercial transactions as well as managing litigations.
