one of the companies of the business group CT CORP which has several companies
in other business sectors, such as: Bank Mega, Trans TV, Trans 7, Trans Studio,
Carrefour, Coffee Bean, Metro. Our vision is to become the trusted choice of
financing companies and consumers in providing financing solutions with the
best service and reliable so as to provide satisfactory results for
stakeholders. Our mission is to provide diverse financing and complete services
to meet customer needs. and build a reliable business network supported by the
latest technology in order for the service to customers, dealers and other
related parties can be given quickly and precisely. We need employees to be
placed in a position that scattered both in the Jakarta Headquarters and all
Offices, from the position of Staff up to the position of production
management.
Legal Staff
Requirements:
- Min. 1 year education with a GPA of 3.00
- Have experience in law (corporations, licensing and Investment) min. 3 years
- Fluent in both the English Spoken and Writing
- Preferably have experience working in corporate finance or the like
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and making good cooperation contracts with consumers as well as with other third parties
- Take care of the registration of a fiduciary
- Take care of the licensing company
- Helped solve cases related to business
