position or the position as follows:
Legal
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and provide legal advice against document tender and contracts
- Provide analysis of the problems that are being faced by the company and provide strategic input to management decisions
- Coordinate with related departments/divisions to ensure the legal risks and identify which will be faced to take decisions and actions deemed necessary
- Build good communication and conducive internally or externally
Requirements:
- Female
- At least Bachelor degree-law
- Experience min. 3-5 years in companies engaged in the field of distribution and sale of FUEL lndustri/or similar
- Understand the legal regulations relating to operational/administration/retail/marketing subject BBM lndustri
- Able to work under pressure and outside office hours (if needed)
- Mastering the language of Brits in oral and written
- Understand the rules relating to export/import permit
