Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and controlling draft and review the legal documents especially agreement, contract and other legal document.
- Giving legal advice and legal opinion.
- Provide consultation and legal assistance, including but not limited guidance with government.
- Dealing with legal issues inside and outside the court as the in-house lawyer.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Law or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
- Having success experience in handling legal drafting, leasing agreement, selling & purchasing agreement documentation.
- Age between 23 - 30 years old
- Able to work in team and individual
- English skill both oral and writing
