of learning content for students level of elementary, junior high, and high
school in the form of CDs, DVDs, and websites. Learning content that is
provided in the form of matter lessons the school has adapted to the curricula
of primary and secondary education established by the Government. However, one
of the companies engaged in the education industry, Zenius has the Mission of
"Providing a Great Learning Experience to Indonesian Students by
emphasizing on Critical Thinking and Scientific Knowledge". The emphasis
of the mindset of "critical thinking and approaches on Science" is
not just a value that was poured on each product but also a value Zenius is
applied to the entire way of thinking Zenius employees.
Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Create, define, and updating the contents of the employee agreement based on applicable law.
- Create, check out, revise, and give advice about the content of the company's agreement with the other side of the law.
- Manage the legal aspects of top brand registration and copyright on Zenius products.
Requirements:
- Strata at least 1 law.
- Understand with good law and employment law.
- Understanding the science of the laws and rules regarding copyrights and trademarks.
- Able to understand the needs of the company in the legal aspects of cooperation agreement with outside parties and as a limited liability company.
- Being able to make a letter of agreement with the writing that is clear, precise, unambiguous, and based on how critical thinking.
- Have experience in the same field.
