Legal Staff
Responsibilities:
- Male / Female
- Maximal age 34 years old
- Minimal 3 years of experience as Legal Staff
- Fresh graduate willing to learn are welcome
- Bachelor Degree of Law
- Having PERADI License is an advantage
- Able to communicate in English both oral and written
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to make agreement letter in English
- Mature, detail, trustworthy, & well-organized
- Have Driver License A and / or B will be an advantage
- To be placed in : Klender – Jakarta Timur
Responsibility:
- Company Legal administration correspondence
- Filling data/documents
- Company license related to transportation and logistics
- Conduct legal research and review of various functions to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Review and provide legal advice on corporate documents required in connection with any relevant corporate action
