Legal Staff
Responsibilities:
- Making agreement with all stake holders to make sure already fit with Indonesia Regulation
- Monitoring and evaluating all company legal document
- Making Legal Memo or Legal Opinion for company case
- Handle Bad Debt
- Representing Company in Court
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Law
- Having PERAD Certificate (Advocate)
- Minimal 1 years experience in legal held, Corporate Legal, Legal Review
- Proficient in Ms. Excel, MS Word and MS. Power Points
