the area of commercial health coverage programs provider as a business unit of
PT Askes (Persero) since 1992. At that time, we organise health assurance
program with commercial managed care system for STATE-OWNED ENTERPRISES,
private companies, and Government institutions. However, PT Asuransi Jiwa
Inhealth Indonesia (Inhealth) recently officially established as a legal entity
by PT Askes (Persero) and PT Bhakti Cooperative Askes (Persero) in 2008. In running
his business, independent Inhealth also supported by employees and salespeople
are professional and experienced scattered throughout Indonesia, namely through
12 Marketing Office Operational Office, 10, and 50 service Office. This is
obviously the more strengthen the Independent existence of the Inhealth as one
of the largest commercial health insurance companies in Indonesia.
Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Implement the permitting process required the company
- Prepare the supporting documents for the permitting process
- Monitor the validity period of licenses
- Renew licenses
- Noting the management of the process of drafting and review of business agreements/marketing and store original documents
- Monitor the implementation of agreements
- Monitor the validity period of the agreement
- Notify the validity period of the agreement of business / marketing that would end up to interested parties
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree of Civil Law, Business Law, Economic Law
- Min 1 year experience in the same field
