to lend quality support to our customers in Indonesia.We will actively serve
the Indonesia market by leveraging on our strong partnership with our
distributor, PT Sinar Mutiara Cemerlang. Stock across Indonesia are established
throughout our extensive dealer network in major cities such as Medan,
Surabaya, Semarang, Bandung, Balikpapan and Pekan Baru. In addition, we have
capability to ensure quick delivery to customer with support from the Regional
Logistic Center in Singapore.
HR Officer
Responsibilities:
- Prepare all legal documents for company purposes
- Ensuring that all legal issues for corporate action are covered and fulfilled
- Processing company’s permit
- Providing legal opinion, review and legal drafting
- Ensuring efficient corporate documents handling and legal processing
- Maintain Industrial Relationship
- Have experience in Japan company
- Have experience in Trading or Manufacturing Company
Requirement:
- Candidate must process at least a Bachelor Degree majoring in Law from reputable university with GPA 2.8
- At least 3 - 5 years experiences in a consulting or corporate legal
- Strong analytical skill and high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Good interpersonal skill and communication skill
- Able to work individual as well as in team
- Preferably had worked at the similar company
