HR & GA Staff

Responsibilities:

• Carry out the operations in accordance with the HRD & GA standard and a system that has been set by default, either operational or administrative system
• Make a request for the purchase of ATK and the needs of the pantry items and quantity based on a needs analysis from the supervisor in question
• Make a report of Non Staff Employees Overtime, Meal Money Drivers based on attendance finger print
• Do booking tickets, hotels and other appropriate instructions from the leadership of the 
• Noted the incoming goods out ATK, Petty Cash
• Make the necessary monitoring monitoring-such as monitoring of leave, permission, sick employees, loans, handover of goods, mail out and others

Requirements:

• Maximum Age 30 years
• At least S1 All Majors
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position
• Can work with the team, working under pressure and motivation have & commitment to target employment
• Placement in the Jakarta Head Office/branch offices/Site
