Founded
in 1982 as a joint venture with Manufacturers Hanover Leasing Corporation of
the USA, PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk. ("the BFI") is one of the
oldest multifinance companies in Indonesia. In 1986, PT Bank national public
and Essompark Ltd. of Hong Kong acquired Manufacturers Hanover Leasing
Corporation's stake in the Company. In 1990, the Company was given the
operating license to run a multifinance company and was renamed PT Bunas
Finance Indonesia. In the same year the Company went public and listed on the
Jakarta and Surabaya Stock Exchanges. BFI became one of the first multifinance
companies that went public in 1990. BFI currently has more than 220 outlets
throughout Indonesia. Supported by more than 6.000 employees, the BFI is able
to acquire and process applications from the community rapidly, and perform
collections to its customers with an efficient working system.

Responsibilities:
- Providing Legal Opinions/suggestions related to company law aspects of criminal law and the civil code in order the settlement of bad debts and the operational activities of the company
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree majoring in Law
- Fresh Graduate (experience preferred)
- Mastering the law of criminal procedure and the civil code
- Mastering the law of Guarantee and law firms
- Has just passed the education Advocates (PKPA)
- Integrity, honest, have good communication skill
