deed of Hetyani Hassan, SH, Mkn No. 23 dated August 27, 2007. The deed of
establishment was endorsed by the Minister of law and human rights in decision
letter No. W7-10465. URHT.01.01.TH. 2007 20 September 2007, and the approval of
the deed of change of articles of Association of the company on 30 April 2009
at the notary & CONVEYANCER Rico Ramosan Silalahi, SH No. 49. The company
obtained a business license as Financing Company of the Minister of finance in Decree
No. KEP. 151/km. 10/2008 August 8, 2008. The establishment of PT Smart Multi
Finance aims to fund and support the sales of motorcycles PT. Glorious
All-round Auto which is mostly in the form of credit. PT. Smart Multi Finance
focus on financing motorcycle Yamaha brand, along with other brands such as
Honda, Suzuki and Kawasaki.

- Minimal education Bachelor of law
- Preferred experience as Legal Litigation Staff & minimum 2 years
- The Placement Of The BSD
- Understand correspondence
- Understand the basics of contracts/cooperation
- Understand business law
- Able to communicate well
