HR-Legal Officer

Responsibilities:

• Taking care of regulatory and corporate legal issues
• Reviewing and drafting company and employee’s official agreement
• Taking care company, employee and business’ permit
• Liaise to related government institution in regards of regulatory and permit arrangement
• Make sure compliance and regulation implemented by company and employees.
• Providing and monitoring SOP, KPI and Regulation under correct procedures and implementation
• Internal Audit to each division

Requirements:

• Male/Female with max age 35 years old
• Must be graduated from reputable Law University
• Experiences min. 2 years in corporate legal and permit arrangement
• Good in English by verbally and written, and computer literate
• Self-motivated, mature, trustable and willing to work long hours to finish the task.
