Legal Assistant (Legal
Assistant)
Responsibility:
- Resolve Dispute (the dispute internally and externally)
- License (Permitting local area particularly Sumatra)
- Legal Document (Deed, Compro, etc.)
- Land Acquisition and Land Compensation (indemnity plans and Negotiations)
- Contract (Cooperation, agreement, CMS, etc.)
- Cultivation Rights Title (completeness of documents, HGU, kadastral, etc.)
- Territorial (extension and the approach to a number of Parties)
- Litigation
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a Law Bachelor's Degree from a reputable University
- Max age: 30 years old
- Min. 3 years experience in Palm Oil Plantation Company (required)
- Placement: Lubuk Linggau (Musirawas) or Three (Kaur)
