Thanks to our highly experienced staffs, good mining practices and value added services which has made MAC one of the biggest coal trader in South Katimantan. PT Mitra Asia Cemerlang as a coat trading company has staff with deep understanding and knowledge of coal markets and has the ability to source the required grade of coal to match client needs. PT Mura Asia Cemerlang operated both in East and South Katimantan. We have exported our bread and butter GAR 41 50 product more than 6 million tons in the Last 2 years. Supported by PT Indoasia Cemerlang (lAC) and PT Dutadharma Utama (DOU), MAC export sales goes into well & known international traders, white our domestic sales mostly goes into sugar refinery, fiber and petrochemical factories.



Legal Corporate



Responsibilities:

  • To provide legal opinion and legal due diligence report
  • Drafting and reviewing agreement, contract, and memorandum of understanding
  • Assisting in licensing, legal matter and legal documentation

Requirements:

  • Age 25-30 years
  • Law Degree (S-1) from reputable university and GPA minimum 3.00
  • Having experience in mining company, notary office, or reputable law firm at least 5 (five) years
  • Having great knowledge in Projects and Energy, especially in mining (Coal)
  • Able to work independently, able to deliver work within tight deadline, ready to work under pressure
  • Good interpersonal skill, fast learner, and high commitment
