Responsibilities:

• Do the support in the review and drafting agreements as well as providing analysis and legal opinions against transactions conducted by the company

Requirements:

• Min. age 35 years
• Bachelor Degree Majoring In Law
• Min. 2 years experience
• Have the ability and experience in conducting the review and the drafting of a good Treaty
• Understand the law of corporations and analyze legal opinions
