- Develop, review and update the HR policies and procedures
- Manage family leave request and return to work procedures
- Provide motivation to employees in order to demonstrate the optimal performance
- Do Input attendance and calculation overtime
Requirements:
- Maximum age 35 years
- Preferred undergraduate education/psychology/Law Department Management
- Minimum 1 year experience in the field of HRGA
- Discipline, interesting, wait, have a good performance, a good personality, honest and highly motivated
