Remedial Staff

Responsibilities:

• Familiar with Banking legal and credit documentation including loan agreement, security documents such as pledge, fiduciary transfer, mortgage, personal guarantor, corporate guarantor and etc.
• To conduct any legal research to support the legal advice and opinion on any legal matter
• To support and provide assistance to legal head for any legal matter, in order to assure that all duties and responsibilities as required by the company are duly performed
• To reduce NPL account and outstanding in order to protect bank interest
• To prepare NPL and restructuring reports to Bank Indonesia and Parent Bank

Requirements:

• Experience 2-3 years in Banking side
• Bachelor Degree majoring Management, Law and related from reputable University
• Good knowledge of banking legal and credit documentation
• Good knowledge of company law and investment procedure
