Associate (Commercial
& Corporate)
Responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing agreements
- Identifying and mitigation legal risk
- Providing legal opinions
Requirements:
- Law degree (Sarjana Hukum, SH) with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (LLM degrees from overseas universities will be an advantage
- Maximum 34 years old
- Excellent English speaking and writing ability (MUST)
- Strong delegation and supervision skills
- Self-starter who is able to demonstrate a proactive and positive attitude to their work
- Able to multi-task and work on a variety of projects at the same time
