Legal Officer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible in draft and review all legal documents for company purposes
• Prolong including checking and updating any permit documents or corporate licenses
• Keep updates on any new regulations issued by the government relating to the company business operational & in industry in general
• Support and maintain relationship inter departments within the company to facilitate the coordination

Requirements:

• Law Bachelor’s degree, with 2-3 years experience
• Good knowledge and practice in legal affair, business law, drafting, legal review, and dispute settlement
• Good legal administration skills and able to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail
• Must be willing to work in Jakarta & Tangerang Area
