Requirements:

  • Mature not more 35 years old
  • Posses minimum Bachelor Degree majoring Psychology, Law or HR Management from reputable university with min GPA 3.00\
  • He/She must have 3 years experience in the same position
  • Good knowledge with HR rules & regulation, people development, training, payroll and especially knowing about industrial relationship
  • Good communication, negotiation, leadership & presentation skills
  • Willingness to learn, being proactive and target oriented
  • Computer Literate (Windows Applications)
  • Excellent in both spoken and written English
