Legal Officer
Requirements:
- Male/Female
- Min S1 in law, max 35 years old.
- Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills, well organized and high initiative, Fast learner
- Fluent to write & speak English
- Ability to work high pressure environment
- Minimum of 3 years post qualification experience in-a law firm would be an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Legal drafting and legal review in making the deed of Covenant, contract, and other legal documents required for the smooth operations of the company
- Legal opinion, namely, providing legal opinions and advice to companies
- Supervise the extension of HGB/HGU, as well as the company's assets
