Neither the company nor any of its subsidiaries has a great interest in the development of real estate and properties such as residentials (housing, apartments, townhouses), commercials (shopping mall, shop houses), offices, and the development of innovative multifunctional superblock in the areas of strategic business. As a whole, AAA Properties has a land bank of over 200 acres for residentials, warehousings, and industrial areas.

Legal Staff

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the execution of development property
• Execute and control the operations of the project so that operations can proceed in accordance with the project plan (on track)
• Communicate in spoken and written form (progress report on the work)

Requirements:

• S1/S2 of at least the legal Minimum GPA of 2.75
• Maximum age 35 Years
• Experience a minimum of 2 years in his field (property/field office of the notary public)
• Adept with legal drafting, corporate law, banking law, agrarian law, legal transactions
• Willing at any time in the field
• Have a strong analysis capability and detail-oriented
• Responsiveness to the situation, resistant to pressure and multitasking
• Able to work teamwork
• Can operate Microsoft Office
• Mastering The Language English
• Placement Of Surabaya
