Has oil palm plantation covering an area of approximately 48000 hectares (including plasma 20%) with four (4) Palm oil mill (MCC) which has a capacity of ± 190 tons of total hockey, FFB/hour and spread out in the region of East Kalimantan (Berau, East Kutai Regency and Paser). Corporate Legal Officer

Responsibilities:

• Design and make changes to agreements with third parties,
• Draft legal documents/letter/power of Attorney used the company,
• Collecting data and information needed in the process of the study of law,
• Ensure completeness of related documents in collaboration with third parties.

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree, Law or equivalent. ' experience of drawing up draft agreements, legal documents of the company licensing &
• Experience in conducting legal due dilligence,
• Master of legislation specifically limited liability ACT,
• Required language (s): English
• At least 2 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Full-time position (s) available.
