Legal Staff
Responsibilities:
- Support and manage corporate documents specifically related to the agreement or legal contract.
- Reviewing the legal contract, partnership agreements and other legal documents related to the project company in which are placed
- Create a letter of demand, supply and price negotiation
- Manage the Administration associated with the work that has been done.
- Master the creation and review of the letter of agreement with the monitoring validitasnya.
Requirements:
- Minimum Of Bachelor Of Law
- Experience in the field of law for a minimum of 2 years
- Master the Techniques Of Negotiation
- English language (spoken and written)
- Understand and master the law of business agreement
- Understanding the Stock Market
- Once worked in the Office of Notary would be value added
