Hana
Financial Group is working with Sinarmas Group establish joint venture finance
companies, PT Sinarmas Hana Finance (SHF). The second large group is placing
the initial capital of Rp150 billion and a share of stock composition 55% held
Hana Capital, 30% of PT Bank Hana AREA KEB JAK Indonesia, and the remaining 15%
of PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk. Inauguration of the SHF’S CEO Hana do Capital
Korea Chu Jin Ho at the Hotel Le Meridien, Jakarta, Monday (8/12/2015). The
event witnessed by Deputy Commissioner Comptroller IKNB II Dumoly Archanam1989
OJK, Ambassador of South Korea Cho Tae-Young, Chairman of the Indonesia
Association of finance companies (APPI) Suwandi Wiratno, President Director of
PT Bank Hana AREA KEB JAK Indonesia Lee Jae Hak, and Director of PT Sinar Mas
Multiartha Tbk Dani Lihardja.

Requirements:
- Male, maximum age 30 years old
- Candidates must passed at least a Bachelor Degree of Law
- Having min 2 years of working experience at the same position.

- Familiar with Legal Opinion, Legal Document & Legal Drafting.
