Corporate Legal

Requirements:

• Max. 33 years old
• Minimum Bachelor degree of law.
• Has a minimum of 4 years experience in the field of law, be added value if it ever works on Manufacturing and understand the business management of the land.
• Master Drafting, do a Review and analysis of Legal documents (such as: agreements, contracts, certificates, Permissions), Legal & Business (or business law)/Corporate Law, litigation and Legal Dispute Settlement
• Required language (s): Mandarin
• Applicants must be willing to work in Morowali, Central Sulawesi.
• Full-time position (s) available.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate/review the agreement & agreement company shall and/or have been created by third parties.
• Maintain and review cooperation between companies with a notary and/or legal consultant.
• Responsible for archiving and storage of documents related to the legal aspects.
