& Distributor. Since October 2009, SIEMENS as one of the biggest companies
in the world has been appointing us as their Authorized Distributor, stockist
and system integrator in Industrial Automation & Drives Technology to
penetrate and maintain their products in the industries. We also keep stocks
for severals products described on next pages. Those application are very
critical in Plastic, Flexible Packaging & Tyre Industry. If you need any

Responsibilities:
- Review and Manage Human Resources
- Create and Evaluate employees performance (KPI
- Manage Training & Development Program for All Employees
- Daily Activity Report
- Quarterly Planning & Result Reporting
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, any field
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Surabaya.
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
