PT. Jalindo is a company that specializes in the establishments of energy (lighting) base products. PT. Jalindo was formed in January 13th, 2003 where it first started as a company that sells and supplied a product called “Automatic Listrik” which functions as a prevention measure in case an electrical disclosure occurs. Since 2010, Jalindo has open its doors to further expansion by selling solar panel / solar cell products throughout Indonesia. PT. Jalindo has formed a strategic alliance with a couple of China based factories to manufacture its solar cell products and integrating its solar power plant system in Indonesia. The partnership will also help to promote LED lamp manufacturers and established its distribution frontiers in various Indonesia provinces. Further into the future, PT. Jalindo will try to explore other LED based lighting solution and incorporate its business venture.

Corporate Lawyer

Requirements:

• Candidate must posses at least a Barchelor's Degree, Law or Equivalent;
• Required skill(s) : litigation, PERADI certification;
• Required language(s) : English and Bahasa Indonesia;
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for thi position;
• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent;
• Full-time and contract position(s) available.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate Legal Drafting skills, Organisational skills including the priven ability to write formal report and legal proposal;
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and problem solving skill;
• Ability to identify and analyse conflicts and loopholes in customs Legislations and other related bills;
• Study constitutions, statutes, decisions, regulations, and ordinates of quasi-judicial bodies to determine ramification for cases;
• Interpret laws, rullings and regulations for individuals and businesses;
