HRD Staff

Responsibilities:

• Take care of the matter of personnel administration
• Filing of documents
• Responsible for the activities related to the recap of the absences of employees, overtime, sick leave, permission, employees, etc.
• The process of recruitment
• Take care of payroll and employee insurance
• Create, monitor implementation of company regulations, & SOP Workflow
• Handling Training & Certification Employee.

Requirements:

• Age 27-35 years old
• At least Bachelor degree (preferred majors include Management HR/Law/Psychology)
• Minimum 3 years experience as HR
• Understand the rules of employment
• Understanding the field of HR and documentation with both
• Mature personality, honest, disciplined, workmanlike & meticulous
• Able to work independently as well as in team
