HRD & GA
Responsibilities:
- Planning labor needs coordinating & according to the needs of the company
- Do test against prospective employees who meet the qualifications that have been prescribed coordination and test results to the head of the section/unit that conducts the assessment
- Doing test interviews prospective employees against yg meet the qualifications set
- Sanction employees who breach company policy.
- Examine and report on the results of the monthly employee attendance
- Lead work meetings and other meetings to solve problems and make work procedures General Affairs
Requirements:
- Psychology/Law
- Maximum age 35 years
- Understand the job description of an HRD
- Love to learn something new
- Discipline, assertive and responsible management of HUMAN RESOURCES Master both conceptually and in the handling of the HRD program
- Able to conduct interviews of selection for recruitment.
- Can speak English fluently and usual presentation Skillfully master the application of MS-Office (Word, Excel & Power Point)
