Industrial Relation
Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Creating a harmonious industrial relations in the company through the application of regulation in accordance with applicable legislation, establish good relationship with employees and labor union, to identify employment problems and determine the best solutions, resolve industrial relation problems through bipartite as well as litigation at Industrial Relation Court
Requirements:
- Hold minimum Bachelor degree in Law
- Has 5 years of experience in Industrial Relation and Employee Relation
- Experience in Legal Consultant is preferred
- Has experience in dealing with labor Union / Employees in resolving industrial relation issues
- Good in English both oral and written
- Able to Work under pressure
- Good in interpersonal skill, communication and negotiation skill
- Discipline, tough and high spirit of work
