Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Advise on all legal matter and on the potential impact of current and future laws
- Regulation on the operation of the organization.
- Review legal contracts, letters of agreement
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Majoring Law (preferable) or any related background with minimum GPA 3,00 (scale 4,00)
- Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply
- Fluent in English both oral & written
- Having good self motivation, fast learner, can do attitude and able to work as a team, good administration skill
- Willing to work extended hours
- Age maximum 30 years old
- Strong Analytical and problem solving
Specific Qualification:
- Having working experience in Corporate Legal will be an advantage
- Having good knowledge about corporate laws and regulations, business law, review contract, legal licenses and document administration
- Computer literate (Ms. Office)
