and fast learner candidates to fill the position of Associate.
Junior Associate
Responsibilities:
- To draft and negotiate corporate agreements, as well as play critical roles in due diligence and closings of prominent transactions
- Represents public and private companies, as well as their executives, in all matters relating to compensation and benefits
Requirements:
- Minimum S1 Degree in Law from prominent university
- Have minimum 1 years experience in Law Firm
- Good Ms. Office skills: Word, Excel, etc
- Excellent interpersonal, performance and communication in English
- Detail oriented, pro active, hard working and initiative
- Good memory and organizational ability to handle multiple responsibilities
