Founded

Senior Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with custody department (in coordination with relevant legal officers) of all original legal documents, i.e. Credit Agreement, Security Documents, Letter of Offer, Letter of Undertaking, Bank Guarantee Agreement, extension Agreement, Promissory Note, IMB, Blue print, Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC), security documents (Land Certificates, Certificates Fidusia), etc and other related documents of credit clients
- Review debtor’s Article of Association and change (if any) as well as the filling/administration for the purpose of verification of action authority.
- Create periodic report for Branch Head on the established working target’s achievement.
- Able to complete tasks from internal Head
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field (Bachelor / Master Degree in Law is prefferable).
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Mandarin Skill is an advantage
