An
operating lease is a financial scheme in which lease rents are computed on the
value of the leased equipments deducting its residual value, which is the
predicted value of the equipment at the end of the lease term. Sumitomo Mitsui
Finance and Leasing, for the first time in Japan, developed operating lease
schemes for semi-conductor manufacturing equipment. As the pioneer in the
field, we have applied our expertise in other types of equipment such as
machine tools. By using operating lease schemes, clients not only save the
initial cost of acquiring the equipment but also gain protection against
obsolescence.

Responsibilities:
- Contract drafting/reviewing
- Limited legal due diligence in company legal documentation
- Limited legal due diligence in license/permit in leasing business
- Well knowledge in process of license/permit in leasing business
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Law or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Holding PERADI license is advantage
- Strong analytical skill and detail oriented
- Able to work under pressure and deadlines
