development and property management consultants in Indonesia which was
established in the year 2010. PT Smart Utama Propertindo also engaged in
property marketing services has been working with several leading developers,
where these companies develop their wings in some Commercial areas, Residential
(houses), the apartments, the Modern Market and Central Business District.
Starting from an attempt to market the projects mentioned above, and with
professional management experience and have an extensive network and the
ability of teamwork that has the ability in the field of property, so now we
have started to manage, build, develop (Property Development) and market the
property above.
Legal Staff
Requirements:
- Set minimal Education Law degree, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the same field
- Understand and master will be litigation, Licensing
- Understand the basic budget will, GMS and its changes
- Preferably has worked in the company Property
- Responsibility:
- Responsible towards maintaining all documents required for company licenses
- Analyze and provide advice regarding legal aspects, especially regarding the making of contracts with third parties and work agreement
- Give the legal aspect of the considerations that are requested by other departments
