Primarindo Asia Infrastructure, Tbk. (The Company was established in1998 with
the name of PT Bintang Kharisma, under the PMDN status. In 1994, the Company
listed and traded its shares in the Jakarta Stock Exchange, and became PT
Bintang Kharisma, Tbk. In 1997, the Company changes its name from PT Bintang
Kharisma, Tbk. into PT Primarindo Asia Infrastructure, Tbk. The Company engaged
in footwear industry, including production and distribution of sports/casual
shoes to local and international market. Our company is located on Bandung,
West Java, Indonesia. This is approximately 90 minutes from Jakarta. The land
of the factory is 10 hectares and the building is 4 hectares. Our company has
been involved in the sports footwear industry since 1988. Its initial 2
production lines were oriented to produce non branded shoes however our
management expertise and continous superior product delivery had captured the
attention of many shoe producers in the international market.
HRD/Legal
Responsibilities:
- Creating and reviewing agreements with third parties
- Admin and renewing legal documentation
- Set the holding of AGM
- Deal with legal issues arising in operational activities
Requirements:
- Male/female, a maximum of 35 years
- Undergraduate Education
- Have a minimum 3 years experience in their field
- Have minimal English skills passive
- Master computer (Microsoft office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Has a breadth and have communication skills and good interpersonal
- Active/proactive, responsible and able to work under pressure.
