Legal & HR Staff
Requirements:
- Male / Female, Age max 35 Years
- Preferably graduated from a reputable university, majoring in LawHas proven minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Legal / HR Management preferably in Property or Building Management
- In depth knowledge of HR policies, manpower/labor regulation, recruitment, staff relation, industrial relation, performance evaluation, calculate salary, compensation and benefits
- Understand corporate & civil law well and good ability to make contracts, review agreements, licensing procedures and other legal matters
- Ability to work independently or in a team
- Honest, discipline, good interpersonal skills, multitasking, strong sense of urgency, problem solving and self-motivated.
- Ability to communicate effectively, reliable in negotiations.
- Good in English and Computer (Ms Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
