Legal Staff
Responsibilities:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Law or equivalent.
- Having experience min 2 years in legal department, at least 1 years proven experience in notary or lawyers office.
- Good understanding in all relevant law and regulation
- Knowledge of organizational policies in legal affairs, especially in service business law and contract matters
- Knows and understand the labor and employment law
- Capable to create company policies regarding industrial relation
- Making opinion regarding labor problem
- Capable of control and updating the regulation of environmental management
- Capable of making a collective labor agreement with the labor union
- Full-Time position(s) available.
