Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- To support and cultivate company’s legal document related to corporate agreement as well as legal contract
- To review legal contract, corporate agreement and other legal documents correlate with company’s project than been held
- Controlling of agreement letter process and review, also to monitor its validity
Requirements:
- Maximum 30 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Law or equivalent
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal communication)
- Familiar of law of business, basic of corporate agreement, and SOP
- Excellent health
- Good interpersonal skill, communication and negotiating skill, good team player also individual
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kuta.
