Group consists of an Engineering, Procurement and Contractor (EPC) company,
Investment Company and Engineering Consultant. Currently we are focusing on
developing Run of River Hydro Power Project that would provide clean energy to
the environment. We are a group of
experienced engineers committed to invest in the clean Hydro Power with the
focus of increasing Indonesian Renewable Energy portfolio and at the same time
developing better infrastructure to the community around our project area.
Being active developing hydroelectric potentials in Indonesia, we are blessed

Responsibilities:
- Preparing agreement
- Contract drafting
- Legal administration
- Contract negotiation
- Preparing legal report
- Manage the organization’s most high level government relationship to ensure that all the organization’s dealings with government agencies are conducted legally and according to organization’s compliance policies and standards
Requirements:
- Education background : bachelor degree in Law.
- Working experience : 10 years as corporate legal
- Proficiency in legal drafting and liable to provide legal opinion
- Ability to prepare and presenting report
- In depth analytical thinking and ability to identify potential legal problem
- Good negotiation and communication skill
- Proficiency in English both written & verbal
