Responsibilities:
- Drating corporate action/ Legal for all department.
- Preview case and commercial agreement.
- To preview all agreement.
- To manage corporate action.
- Attending meeting will all department.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Law or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Communication Skill, MS Office.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
