Legal Counselor Officer

Responsibilities:

• The job holder is responsible for the effective and efficient management of Legal department, provision of legal advisory services and ensuring effective management of legal and contractual risks
• Provide leadership and ensure efficient and effective management of staff and resources in Legal department
• Consult Company on any news laws, regulations or statues; which will have impact on its employment process or it operation
• Legal Drafting and reviewing for internal purpose

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree
• Working experience: 5 years experience in Legal area
• Experience: IT/Telecommunication Company
• Proficiency in English both spoken and written
• Ability to operate MS Office application
• Understanding on legal business agreement
