Legal Officer

Requirements:

• 3-5 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• At least Bachelor Degree of Law.
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal qualities.
• Willing to be placed at Cibinong, Bogor

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the effective and efficient of the Legal Division
• Provision of legal advisory services
• Ensuring effective management of legal and contractual risks.
• Review and provide legal advice on tender documents
• Provide legal protection and risk management advice to management especially on contract management.
• Review progress of outstanding litigation and liaise with and manage external lawyers.
