Responsibilities:
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications
- Provide administrators with the opportunity to learn whilst being of assistance to the company
- A spirit of co-operation and a positive attitude
- Professional telephone manner and the ability to take messages effectively and efficiently
- The flexibility to work outside normal office hours may be required from time-to-time
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Law or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Law/Legal Services, Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
