Kutai Energy is Indonesian coal mining company with concession located in Loa Janan, district, Kutai Kertanegara, East Kalimantan. PT Kutai Energy started production in the summer of 2010 and continuing ramping up its production to the planed level of 125k per month. PT Kutai Energy is transporting its coal from its own jetty to an anchorage position, with Muara Jawa being the closest anchorage to KE's jetty. Legal Officer

Requirements:

• Graduated from reputable university majoring in law with GPA min. 3.0
• Having min. 3 years experience in legal area, preferably in mining company
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills necessary for interaction with the Government, the Judicial system and negotiating parties.
• Ability to provide independent advice (orally and in writing) to senior level management on highly technical matters.
• Demonstrate success in managing and conducting a variety of litigation matters.
• Have a good interpersonal and communication skill, smart, a team player, honest and dependable.
• Good planning and organization skills; and Proven ability to delicately solve sensitive matters.
• Honest and can work under minimum supervision.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Willing to be placed in Samarinda
